The Vera Gallagher Conference Centre is located on the 3rd Floor in Stewarts Hospital. A very central meeting location for those travelling from all parts of Ireland via M50 and N4 as Dublin city centre need not be entered yet can be reached from Palmerstown in 30 minutes from the hospital.

When organising the Senior Euronation Target Archery Championships in 2010 it was a great reassurance to Archery Ireland to have such an efficient organization as South Dublin County Tourism Ltd  assisting with the arrangements.

Kickboxing Ireland, hosted the World Championships in 2011,  bringing 46 country’s national teams to Ireland a total of over 800 competing athletes. SDCT's enthusiasm for the project from the start was huge and was sustained through to the end and beyond.
